It has proved to be enormously popular in many parts of the world. In the
The objective of U3A is thus to be a university in the true sense of the word – a community of teachers and learners sharing their interests and enthusiasms. Experience has shown that there is a very real need for accessible and simulating learning opportunities at a stage in life when people can expect to have a little more free time for self-development.
The annual subscription to U3A Plettenberg Bay is R60.00. Some small additional outlays may be incurred to defray costs such as photocopying of course notes, travel if required for a particular course.
